* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Hall
John L. Hall, 79, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born November 10, 1943 in St. Marys to the late Grant and Hazel (Bernett) Hall. On August 30, 1969 he married Linda (Chiles) Hall at St. Paul's UCC in St. Marys; she survives at their residence in St. Marys.
Other survivors include a brother, James Hall of St. Marys; two sisters, June Hall of St. Marys and Fay Ann Poppy of Willcox, Arizona; mother-in-law, Eileen Chiles of St. Marys; and in-laws, Florence Hall of Celina, Lana Wicker of St. Marys, Deb Dorman of Celina, Joe Chiles of St. Marys, Mark Chiles of Sidney.
Also preceding him in death two brothers, Robert (Wanda) Hall and Dale Hall; and in-laws, Gail Hall, Roger Poppy, Ron Wicker, Jim Dorman, and Sue Chiles.
John worked for many years at the St. Marys Foundry and retired from Koneta Rubber in Wapakoneta.
John was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys. He loved being outdoors mowing, playing solitaire, doing word puzzles and watching the Cincinnati Reds. John and his family were all deeply saddened when they found out he was diagnosed with bladder cancer.
Graveside services will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in St. Marys on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 11:00 am with Rev. Rhonda A. Hainer officiating.
