* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Nicole Wallace
Nicole Rae Wallace, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 17 while under the continued care of hospice and comforted by her partner, Jason Hayes.
Nicole, "Nickie" was born January 19th, 1977 to Stephen & Nancy Wallace (Brock). Nicole graduated from Celina Senior High School class of 1995 and went on to attend Bluffton College. She enjoyed the elderly and worked at various area nursing homes as a nursing assistant while continuing her education at James A. Rhodes State College graduating with a degree in Nursing. She greatly enjoyed working with her clients in the long term care setting. Nickie was incredibly intelligent, bright and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was greatly loved and will be incredibly missed.
Nicole is preceded in death by her father, Steve and her grandparents, Paul & Della Brock.
She is survived by her mother Nancy Wallace, her sister Angie and family.
A celebration of Life will be held by her immediate family.
