Morgan Hunter, 18, Rockford, is a freshman at Wittenberg University majoring in sociology and minoring in criminology. She will play clarinet as her talent. Her platform is "Breaking the Stigma Behind a Perfect Body" and her sponsor is Master Precision Machining. She is the daughter of Amanda Severt and Francis Hunt.

She is competing in the 2023 Miss Lake Festival Scholarship Pageant on Sunday.
