Monica Hemmelgarn, 16, Coldwater, is a sophomore at Coldwater High School. She will dance as her talent. Her platform is "CURED: Campaign Urging Research for Eosinophilic Diseases" and her sponsor is CAPT. She is the daughter of Rachel and Josh Hemmelgarn.

She is competing in the 2023 Miss Lake Festival's Outstanding Teen pageant on Sunday.
