Todd Prenger
Todd Ronald Prenger, age 49, of Versailles, passed away of natural causes early Saturday morning, September 23, 2023, at the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio. He had been seriously ill for three months.
Todd was born May 21, 1974, in St. Marys, Ohio, to the late Madonna "Donna" (Bergman) & Robert "Bob" Prenger of Minster. On August 29, 1998, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie, Todd married Heather (Schafer) Prenger who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Natalie and Lauren Prenger, both at home; two siblings, Brian & Kim Prenger of Tipp City and Trina & Greg Huelsman of Lincolnshire, IL; mother-in-law, Jenni Geise of Celina; sisters & brothers-in-law: Michelle & Dwane Smith of Aberdeen and Aaron Schafer of St. Marys as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Michael Geise.
Mr. Prenger was a 1992 graduate of Minster High School before attending Wright State University in Dayton where he acquired a bachelor of science degree in marketing. He had been Director of Sales and Global Product Marketing at Crown Equipment in New Bremen where he was employed since 1996. He was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles. In his leisure, Todd would either be pontoon boating with his family at Indian Lake or following his daughters' sporting events.
Mass of Christian Burial be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at St. Augustine Church in Minster with Rev. Kenneth Alt presiding. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no calling hours prior to services.
