Dale Lehman
Dale R. Lehman, age 68 of Van Wert, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at his residence in Van Wert.
He was born on July 28, 1955 to the late Floyd and Clarabelle (Kemler) Lehman in Van Wert. On August 28, 1976, he married Renee (Wilder) Lehman who precedes him in death. On June 7, 2008, he married Judy (Monroe) Lehman who survives in Van Wert.
He is survived by his daughters Casie (Hick) Allen of Celina, Abby (Justin) Rhodes of Celina, step daughters Malinda Mackie of Van Wert, Audrey (Matt) Longstreth of Florida, Abby Voors of Van Wert, step son Terry (Grace) Mackie of Continental, eight grandchildren Paiton, Laina, Madison, Jorgia, Jaykob, Jayce, Mason, Harper, and brother Dana (Balinda) Lehman of South Carolina.
He is preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Clarabelle (Kemler) Lehman, and brother Gary Lehman.
Dale graduated from Lincolnview High School with the class of 1973. He was formerly employed at Huffy's for 20 years and finished his working career as an electrician. He enjoyed horseback riding, riding his motorcycle, outdoor activities, NASCAR, watching his grandkids sporting events, and working outside.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home, with Rev. Tim Owens officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Friends and family may call from 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Thursday at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made out to CHP Home Car & Hospice 1159 Westwood Dr., Van Wert, OH 45891.
