The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Joshua Moreo
Joshua M. Moreo, 42, of Celina, passed away on December 4, 2023, surrounded by his family at Mercy Health, St. Rita's.
He was born April 18, 1981, to Wanda Moreo. She survives in Celina.
He is also survived by a daughter, Tianna Long of Celina; a granddaughter, Crystal; a sister, Balinda (Seth) Mobley of Spencerville; nieces, Isabella and Olivia; and his Aunt and Uncle Mark and Angie Grothouse.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Jeff Gordon, and his grandparents, John and Dolories Moreo.
Joshua attended Spencerville Schools and graduated from Parkway High School in 1999. He was a tradesman. Joshua loved working with dogs with the W.A. G.S. for kids program. He enjoyed cooking and was a loyal OSU football fan.
Funeral Service will be Friday, December 8, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at Harter and Schier Funeral Home. Pastor Steve Haddix will officiate with Roberta Bonifas following with a eulogy. Burial will follow at Hartford Cemetery in Spencerville.
Visitation will be Friday from 10:00-1:30 at Harter and Schier Funeral Home.
