* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

Mark Dailey
Mark Allan Dailey, 58, originally from Rockford, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023 at Heritage Nursing Center in Minster, Ohio.
He was born August 3, 1065, son of the late Ralph Floyd Dailey and Estella Rose (French) Dailey.
Mark was a member of Rockford United Methodist church. He was also a member of the Celina Fraternal Order of Eagles. Mark competed with the Special Olympics, participating in both bowling as well as basketball.
He is survived by two sisters, Sandra (Lisa Sneddon) Dailey of Celina, Ohio, and Debra (Philip) Rigano of St. Charles, Missouri; sister-in-law, Cindy Dailey of Van Wert, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert (and his wife Betty) Dailey, and Dennis Dailey.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Rockford United Methodist Church, 202 S. Franklin St., Rockford, OH 45882, with Pastor Bill Halter officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, 3750 US-33, Rockford, OH 45882.
Family and friends will be received from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm Monday, December 11, 2023 at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 W. First St., Rockford, OH 45882
