* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Marjorie Brookhart
Marjorie M. Brookhart, age 94 of Celina, passed away on December 11, 2023 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born June 19, 1929 in Mercer County to the late Ralph William and Cora Agnes (Rutledge) Smith. On September 9, 1950 she married Winston Merl Brookhart and he preceded her in death on October 28, 2017.
She is survived by her children: Stephen (Tracy) Brookhart, Rockford, Scott (Janet) Brookhart, Broomfield, CO, Lisa (Daniel) Davis, Celina, and Stefanie (Terry) Davis, Celina; ten grandchildren: Melissa Parish, Convoy, OH, Mandy Brookhart, Celina, Dawn Schnell, Celina, Heather Bragg, Venedocia, OH, Alexander Davis, Wasilla, Alaska, Hannah Davis, Celina, Samuel Davis, Celina, Jeremy Stiner, Rockford, Damien Stiner, Rockford, and Tina Stiner, Rockford; 27 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren; and a brother, Joseph Charlton Smith, Ladysmith Wisconsin.
She is also preceded in death by a son, Bruce Brookhart; and four brothers, Herbert, Dalton, Paul and Ralph Smith.
Marjorie was a 1947 graduate of Celina High School. She retired after working for many years at Reynolds and Reynolds and Celina Insurance Group, both in Celina. Additionally, she served meals at Mercer County Senior Citizen Center for 33 years. Marjorie was an active member of Celina Bethany Church. She enjoyed flower gardening, reading and most of all spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, December 18, 2023 at Celina Bethany Church in Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 am - 10:30 am prior to the services at the church. Burial will follow at Buck Cemetery in Celina.
