* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anthony Dircksen
Anthony J. "Tony" Dircksen, age 72, of New Bremen, Ohio, died at 10:20 AM on December 15, 2023 at his home.
He was born on November 30, 1951 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Albert J. & Margaret G. (Schulze) Dircksen.
He is survived brothers & sisters: Paul Dircksen, New Bremen, Marilyn & Elmer Long, St. Marys, Gene Dircksen, Minster, James Dircksen, New Bremen, Linda & Anthony Bruggeman, New Bremen, 12 nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister-in-law Deborah Dircksen.
Tony was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw. He worked at Brown Construction for over 50 years and was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam War. Tony loved helping on the family farm, his fishing trips to Canada, building custom furniture and gifts and projects for his family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw with burial to follow in Precious Blood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 3 to 7 PM and on Wednesday, December 20 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Rita's Hospice.
