CELINA - Three people appeared in Mercer County Common Pleas Court this week.
Eric M. Seekings, 41, of Van Wert appeared on one count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony. If convicted, he faces up to 12 months in prison and a maximum fine of $2,500.
CELINA - Two people were sentenced in Mercer County Common Pleas Court this week.
Charles L. Brown, 61 was sentenced to up to five years of community control sanctions and ordered to pay $2,455.81 in restitution on one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony.
