CELINA - A Celina man was arrested on multiple charges on Friday after allegedly carrying a "fake gun" at Mercer Savings Bank in Celina and screaming at bank employees, according to court documents.

FORT RECOVERY - Village officials aim to make the intersection of Center and Elm streets safer for students walking to and from school.  

Village administrator Randy Diller at Monday night's council meeting said the town and school are partnering to undertake the project.
