Members seek permanent street closure
CELINA - School board members at this week's special meeting signed off on a petition asking Celina City Council to permanently close a portion of Holly Street so they can proceed with the construction of a new 7-12 grade building. [More]
SWCD meet in new center
CELINA - Mercer Soil and Water Conservation District supervisors on Friday held their first meeting in the recently opened county ag center.
SWCD late last month moved from the Central Services Building in Celina to a 3,415-square-foot office in the ag center at 4980 Mud Pike.
Road closure planned
CELINA - Mercer County Engineer Jim Wiechart plans to temporarily close St. Peter Road between State Route 119 and St. Joe Road in Recovery Township for a culvert replacement.

Minster pulls away for win over Fort
FORT RECOVERY - The momentum was on a rollercoaster pace on Friday night at Fort Site Fieldhouse.
Fort Recovery bounced back from down 11 midway through the second quarter to take as much as a five-point lead early in the third quarter.
