At 722 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Wapakoneta, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, New Knoxville, Waynesfield, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Fryburg, Kossuth, St. Johns, and New Hampshire.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 107 and 118.

Thomas Winner
Thomas L. Winner, age 93 of Osgood, Ohio, died at 8:40 a.m. on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at The Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born on September 25, 1930, in Osgood, Ohio, to the late Robert & Kathryn (Bergman) Winner. He married Henrietta R. Grilliot on September 18, 1952 in St. Denis Church, Versailles, Ohio. She survives in Osgood.
He is also survived by children: Michael & Nancee Winner, Greenville; Steven & Juliann Winner, Osgood; Terry & MaDonna Winner, Greenville; Lynn & Charles Zehringer, Celina; Theodore & Amy Winner, Yorkshire; 18 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, brother & sister: Kenneth & Bev Winner, Osgood; Karen & Ronald Schwieterman, St. Sebastian; in-laws: Tony & Marita Grilliot, Celina; Elaine Berger Versailles; Annie Schmitz, Versailles; and Jeanette Grilliot, Dayton.
He was preceded in death by brothers & sister: Vernon & Agnes Winner, Ralph Elsie, Urban & Babe Winner and his second wife Connie Winner, infant siblings Robert, Patrick, VeraMae Winner, in-laws: Purcey & Louise Grilliot, Cyril & Mary Grilliot, Delores & Ivo Siegrist, Frank Berger, Mary Lou Monnin, Paul Schmitz, Mark Grilliot, Delbert & Ida Grilliot.
Tom was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force joining in 1951 and was stationed at Ellington Air Force Base, Houston, TX as a senior meat cutter. He was honorably discharged in December 1953 and returned to Osgood to join the family business Robert F. Winner Sons as a partner and livestock buyer for more than 40 years. He retired in 1992 but continued to work. He was a member of the Versailles K of C, Past commander of the Osgood American Legion Post #588, the Firing Squad, Osgood Fire Department, Marion Local Athletic Boosters and the Celina Moose. He served as President of the Independent Livestock Dealers of Ohio and the Marion Local PTO. He also served on the Osgood Park Board and Versailles Swimming Pool Board. He helped with the Osgood Life Squad and later was instrumental in putting the Life Squad on the voter's ballot. He was an avid golfer and Marion Local Flyer Fan.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. Burial with full military honors to follow in St. Martin Cemetery, Osgood.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 2 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, February 15 from 9 to 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Osgood Rescue Squad.
