CELINA - A 59-year-old Celina man was arraigned on Friday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on child sex crimes against a minor under the age of 13.
Douglas J. Fickert was arraigned on 10 counts of gross sexual imposition, all third-degree felonies, on Feb. 15.
