* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Several farms on Harris Road north of State Route 29 lost outbuildings and sustained extensive damage to dwellings. The debris is scattered hundreds of yards through fields to the east. Many people started cleanup efforts Friday morning.
