Fort Recovery Opera House gets new windows

FORT RECOVERY - Reinforced triple-pane glass windows will add a touch of splendor to the historic Morvilius Opera House as part of a massive ongoing restoration project.
Carol Jutte, who sits on the board of directors for the Fort Recovery Friends of the Opera House, said the 14 windows were delivered recently and will be installed by Heyne Construction of Minster. [More]
Weigel stifles Rider threat to end rain-shortened game

COLDWATER - After a rain delay, St. Marys came out and got the tying run, but Coldwater responded with a decisive inning.
The Cavaliers scored five runs in the bottom of the fourth and Troy Weigel stranded the tying run on first base in the top of the fifth as Coldwater won 10-7 in a five-inning, rain-abbreviated baseball game at Veterans Field on Monday. [More]
