* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The installation of a new splash pad next to the pool in Coldwater Memorial Park is finally finished. The village's 2024 budget set aside $300,000 for the project. Some of the expense will be covered by donations, according to village finance director Jason Eyink. The splash pad will not be open for use until summer of 2025.
