* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Susan Braun
Susan D. (Bell) Braun, age 64, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at her home.
Born on February 22, 1960, in Lima, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Windford and Anna M. (Wallace) Bell.
Susan is survived by her life partner, Javier Posada, and her beloved children: Rachel and Casey Dilbeck, Randy and Jammy Braun, Cory Braun, David and Jess Posada, Mike and Lindsay Posada, Troy Braun, Adam Braun, and Seth Posada. She cherished her role as a grandmother to 22 grandchildren: Alicia, Sarah, Colin, Mackenzie (Craig), Timmy, Joey, Isaac, Isaiah, Zack, D'Artagnan, Michael, Destiny, Shienne, Mia, Hazel, Maddy, RJ, Skylar, Marlese, Abigail, and Alizabell. She is also survived by her siblings, Marsha (Dan) Stant and Deb Houston.
In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her siblings: Ed Bell, Shirley Higby, Marilyn Reedy, Gene Bell, James Bell, and Sandy Houser.
A devoted homemaker, Susan found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved playing pool, going to garage sales, and sharing special moments with her sisters. Susan also had a deep love for animals, especially her dogs Milo, Niko, Coco, and her favorite cat, Smokey.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Rick Brosher officiating, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM prior to the service.
