* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Big Lots recently closed at the St. Marys Square Business Complex after the corporation filed for bankruptcy. Ollie's Bargain Outlet will open a new location in the storefront in February.
