Special Weather Statement issued December 12 at 9:51AM EST by NWS Wilmington OH (details ...)
A weak system moves into the area later today, providing light snow accumulations. With cold conditions in place, snow will accumulate on roadways, especially after sunset. Accumulations of less than one inch are expected, but slick conditions may continue into Friday morning due to the cold conditions. Motorists should exercise extra caution through the evening and overnight hours. What appears to be wet roads may actually be patches of ice, particularly if you drive over a bridge. Slow down and allow extra distance between you and other vehicles.
