Festive lights shine bright during the 20th annual Festival of Trees at the Fort Recovery Public Library. A collection of 20 Christmas trees decorated in various themes by local organizations, businesses and families are on display on the 2nd floor of the library through Dec. 31. The public is welcome to vote for their favorite decorated tree for the People's Choice Award.
