Shirley E. Litmer, 76, of Fort Recovery, passed away peacefully at her home on Jan. 5.

An open house style celebration of Shirley's life will be held on from 1-4 p.m. Feb. 8, at the Fort Recovery Knights of Columbus hall, 1300 Commerce St., Fort Recovery.
