* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The Mercer County Fair Board, at the behest of county commissioners, late last week moved to cancel live poultry exhibits at this year's fair due to the significant impact Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) H5N1 has had since it was first detected in commercial turkeys and chickens in Mercer County in mid-January.
