* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A boundary will cross the region on Wednesday night, creating significant rainfall with a round of thunderstorms developing along it. On Thursday, this boundary will lay out along the Ohio River and linger through Saturday. Waves of energy will interact with a deep layer of moisture along the stalled surface front. The front begins to show a movement to the southeast Saturday night, marking the end of any significant rainfall. The heaviest rainfall will notably occur during the overnight hours through the end of the week.

Marcella Fickert
Marcella M. "Sally" Fickert, 82, of Rockford, Ohio died Monday, March 24, 2025 at Tranquility of Rockford.
She was born July 3, 1942 in Celina, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Ralph E. Fleck and Betty J. (Runkel) Fleck. On November 18, 1972 Sally married Wayne Alan Fickert, who survives.
Sally loved angels and collected angel themed items. She also collected Precious Moments figurines. Sally retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina. She was a member of the Celina VFW post 5713 ladies auxiliary. She was also a member of the St. Mary of the Presentation Church in Geneva, Indiana, where Sally served on the altar Rosary Sodality committee.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Scott and Douglas Fickert both of Rockford; brother, Ralph E. Fleck, Jr. of Carrollton, Georgia; two sisters, Judith McIntosh of Fairfield, Ohio and Linda Williams of Celina, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 am Friday morning, March 28, 2025 at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 West First Street, Rockford, Ohio 45882, with Father Jonathan Agbedo officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, 3750 US-33 West, Rockford, Ohio 45882.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm Thursday March 27, 2025 at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 West First Street, Rockford, Ohio 45882. They will also receive friends from 9:30 am until 10:30 am, prior to the funeral service, Friday March 28, 2025 at the funeral home.
