* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Around 40 hydroplanes are expected to race today and tomorrow during the return of the Governor's Cup Regatta on Grand Lake, which was last held in 2015. Races will be from 12-5 p.m.
