Reuben Rodriguez
Reuben St Joseph Rodriguez, age 68 of Homosassa, Florida and formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 7:00 A.M. on Friday, July 11, 2025 at his home with his family present.
He had been kneeling in Prayer in atonement for his transgressions, when the Lord Jesus Christ saw he had suffered enough and took him Home to Heaven.
He was born on February 18, 1957 at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Coldwater, Ohio to the late, Reinaldo and Alicia (Flores) Rodriguez.
Surviving are two brothers, Miquel of Homosassa, Florida and Daniel of Anna, Ohio, three sisters Ninfa (David) Muter, Guadalupe (Mike) Hoying and Suzanne (Ron) Boess all of Celina, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Reinaldo "Ray" Rodriguez Jr.
Reuben was so loved by his siblings, and our hearts are broken by his passing. He was a great cook, he would help anyone when he could, especially his nieces and nephews. He was very kindhearted and could be funny at times.
Graveside Interment and Committal services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina, with Rev. Steve Miller officiating.
A Celebration of Reuben's Life will be held at the Celina Moose Lodge #1473, from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
His Family would like to thank Miquel for being his primary caregiver and Daniel for his help when he was able. They would also like to thank the Hospice Nurses and Doctors, who cared for him the last nine months.
A special thank you to Rev. Steve Miller and his nephews.
