IC Festival

Kids took advantage of the return of rides at the IC Festival on Friday. The Celina Eagles Lodge will cover the cost of 100 ride wristbands for the first 100 kids on Saturday. The festival will open at noon and wristbands will be handed out at 11:45 a.m.
