* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Miller
Robert Michael Miller, 65, of 1105 Kimberly Drive, St. Marys, died at 5:40 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, at Lima Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness. He was born Sept. 18, 1959, in Bremerton, Washington, a son of Harold "Hal" and Beverly (Depoy) Miller, who preceded him in death. On Sept. 12, 1992, in St. Marys, he married Yvonne Yvette Felver.
Survivors include: daughter, Sarrah (Tristan) Becker of St. Marys; son, Robert "Bobby" (Amber) Miller of Celina; soon-to-be grandchildren, Vienna Faith Becker and Thomas Michael Miller; sister, Debbe (Howard) Burke of Union City, Tennessee; mother-in-law, Nancy Felver of St. Marys; sisters-in-law, Jemae (Sean) Wilder of Moulton and April (Dave) Speicher of Wapakoneta; brother-in-law, Jerry (Nikki) Felver of St. Marys; nephews, Jason Burke, Ryan Burke, Brandon Burke, Dustin Becker, and Kenny Speicher; nieces, Shelby Yahl, Jenna Wilder, Hanna and Haley Felver.
Preceded in death by: granddaughter, Faith Yvette Becker; grandfathers, Pearl Miller and Lewis Depoy; grandmother, Paulene "Nanny" Depoy; father-in-law, Jerry Felver; sister, Linda Keckler; brother, Dave Miller; best friend, Tom Sudman.
He graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School in 1977. He worked 41 years at Beem Construction. He enjoyed everything that had to do with motorcycles, good times, and helping his children renovate their homes.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Rd., St. Marys, with Pastor Mary Deringer officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home, 1605 Celina Rd., St. Marys.
