* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Lake Campus enrollment is up

Class is in session at the Wright State University-Lake Campus. Students returned to campus on Thursday for the first day of fall semester. Faculty and staff welcomed students back with a welcome tent and university swag. The Lake Campus has 1,343 students enrolled for the fall semester, a 7.4% increase from last year, according to Jill Puthoff, Lake Campus director of marketing and communications.
