Periods of light snow will occur this evening and through the overnight. While accumulating snow is expected to end before Thursday morning, falling temperatures and light snow accumulations of one to two inches will result in slick travel tonight and early Thursday.
Slick spots can be expected on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. If traveling, allow for some extra time to reach your destination and be prepared for wintery driving conditions.
In addition to the snowfall, falling temperatures combined with increased winds will result in feels-like temperatures near zero Thursday morning. If heading outdoors, dress in multiple layers.

Andrew Nagel
Andrew J. Nagel, 44, of Lima, OH died 10:43 a.m. Thursday October 2, 2025, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH.
He was born May 20, 1981, in St. Marys, OH. On July 21, 2013 he married Tera L. Wolfe-Nagel, who survives.
Also survived by son Mason Nagel (10); daughter Cambrie Nagel (8); son Carter Nagel (8); mother Sheila (Darren) Slemmons of St. Marys, OH; sister Kayla Nagel of Spencerville, OH; brother David Nagel of New Knoxville, OH; parents-in-law Rob and Stacy Wolfe of Lima, OH; grandmother Carolyn Slemmons of St. Marys, OH; sister-in-law Allison (Mike Stechschulte) Sickles of Ottawa, OH; and nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by grandparents Don and Martha Nagel; and grandfather Billy Slemmons.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1999). A veteran of the United States Army, he proudly served his country in Co. "E" 35th Engineering Battalion Following his honorable discharge from military service, he graduated from Wright State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Special Education.
He was employed as an operator for CENOVUS Refinery in Lima.
Andrew's world revolved around his family. He will be fondly remembered as a loving husband and father. He devoted any available free time to his children, having coached youth football programs, attended high school football games with the boys, attended dance recitals and cheer competitions for Cambrie, and enjoyed family excursions to beaches and waterparks.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday October 8, 2025 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys, with graveside military funeral honors.
Visitation 4 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
