Over 900 local families could lose benefits

CELINA - In Mercer County, 906 households, representing about 4% of the population, are at risk of losing their federal SNAP benefits due to the federal government shutdown, Mercer County Commissioners learned on Tuesday morning.

CELINA - Grand Lake St. Marys Lake Facilities Authority on Tuesday morning awarded a $126,742.60 contract to VTF Excavation to make improvements to the Prairie Creek Treatment Train on the south side of the lake.

CONCORD TOWNSHIP - The Miami County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that took the life of a Greenville man Monday. The head-on collision occurred at approximately 12:37 p.m. on West State Route 41 near the 4600 block in Concord Township, Miami County, just north of Troy.
