CELINA - Celina City Council members were introduced to the city's treasurer-elect, Deb Sneddon, at this week's regular meeting.

Sneddon was victorious over Tyler A. Foulkes in the city treasurer race, taking in 1,133 votes or 51.57%. Sneddon and Foulkes both ran as independent candidates.
