Sylvia loved to pick berries as a child, and as time went by, she enjoyed bowling and painting ceramics. But she loved to garden, having one year an 11 foot tall tomato plant, but her flowers were her favorite.
Playing rummy was one of her favorites games to play and she could be quite competitive. Sylvia loved going up town and eating by the lake either by the tree for some shade or close by the Dolphin statue. She loved the pretty colors of the homes up on West Bank Road. She enjoyed driving around seeing the sights and seeing all the fall pretty color changes such as Tawawa Park, Matter Park in Indiana, and the Sunken Gardens. She loved spending time with family, playing with her grandkids and her great grandchildren. She enjoyed family time at birthday celebrations and the holidays. She truly cared and loved everyone, and will be truly missed.
