Cynthia LeVan
Cynthia H. "Cindy" LeVan, 63, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 5:37 a.m. at Kessler Estates Senior Living in Lima. She was born on September 7, 1962, in St. Marys, Ohio, to James and Doris (Eschenbrenner) Glass. On May 19, 2015, she married Timothy W. LeVan. The couple had shared their lives together since 2001.
Cindy is survived by her loving mother, Doris Glass of Celina; her children, Heather Hinkle of Houston, Texas, and Tony (Rose) Randolph of Lima; her stepchildren, Jeremy (Jackie) LeVan of Manassas, Virginia, and Joshua (Rebecca) LeVan of Bellefontaine; three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren; and her siblings, Catherine (Bill) McAllister of Fostoria and Dennis Glass of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Glass; her stepdaughter, Ashley LeVan; and her step-granddaughter, Riley LeVan.
Cindy was a 1981 graduate of Celina High School and retired from CAPT in Celina after 21 years of dedicated service. She was a member of Celina Presbyterian Church.
Cindy enjoyed watching NASCAR races and attending events at Eldora Speedway. She also loved riding with her husband Tim on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals.
A funeral service will be held at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., with Pastor Nan Clancy officiating. Family and friends may visit prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Kessler Estates Senior Living and Heartland Hospice for the compassionate care they provided.
