* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Monna Lu Bauer
Monna Lu Bauer, age 81, of Lexington, Kentucky, and formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at UK HealthCare in Lexington.
She was born on July 4, 1944, in Celina to the late Marion W. Becker and Marjorie (York) Lehman. On June 6, 1964, she married Harold Glenn Bauer, and he survives at their home in Lexington.
Monna is also survived by her loving children, Amanda Lea Bauer-Massie of Lexington and Clint Shane Bauer of Louisville; her sister, Melody Williams of Celina; stepbrothers, Rick (Linda) Lehman of Holland, Ohio and Mike (Jane) Lehman of Celina; and three cherished grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael D. Becker.
Monna was a 1962 graduate of Celina High School. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who found her greatest joy in caring for her family. She loved raising her children and being actively involved in their lives, and her love and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She also found much happiness in the things she loved most, including horses, horseback riding, art and crafts, painting, sewing, and spending time with her family. Monna was a faithful member of Bedford Acres Christian Church in Paris, Kentucky.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
Graveside services will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to your local hospice care facility.
