XiXi Tolle and Gracie Martin, a junior in the Tri Star Career Compact teaching program, greet the audience as they walk across the stage. Mercer County Head Start proudly presented its recently published book "From Crayons to Careers," written by students from the Lakeside Learners class, during a book premiere at the Celina auditorium on Wednesday afternoon. The book contains the students' hopes and dreams for the future. During the premiere, 18 students ages 3-5 walked across the stage dressed as what they want to be when they grow up alongside a real-world counterpart.
