* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Joseph Brackman
Joseph "Joe" I. Brackman, age 74, of St. Joe, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville. He was born on May 22, 1952, in Celina, Ohio, to the late Zeno and Julianna (Reier) Brackman.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his siblings, Viriginia (Lester) Meyer, Rosemary Stachler, Mary Catherine Borges, and Mark Brackman; his brother-in-law, Vaughn Wakefield; and several nieces and nephews.
Joe is survived by his siblings, Charles (Mary Ann) Brackman of Wapakoneta, Rita Wakefield of Versailles, Luke (Luella) Brackman of Coldwater, Paul Brackman of St. Joe, Eugene (Joyce) Brackman of Maria Stein, and Albert (Linda) Brackman of Philothea; his brothers-in-law, Carl Stachler of Wendelin and Steve (Judy) Borges of Minster, his sister-in-law, Doris (Keith) Good of Sharpsburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Joe was a lifelong dairy farmer who spent countless hours working alongside his brothers on the family farm. He also served his country as a member of the Ohio National Guard. Joe was known for his ornery nature, quick wit, and playful sense of humor. He loved teasing family and friends, always keeping those around him laughing with his jokes and lighthearted personality.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, June 26, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Guests may visit with Joe's family on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Friday, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
