* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Restoring a Landmark
St. Marys mill project nears completion

ST. MARYS - St. Marys officials hope to unveil a new event center housed in a historic gristmill on the banks of the the Miami and Erie Canal some time at the end of the summer after over a decade of planning and restoration.
The restoration of St. Marys' Reservoir Mill, located at 156 E. High St., kicked off in 2021, according to Mike Burkholder, city manager of industrial and community development. [More]

Two arrested in Celina after traffic stop
CELINA - A 42-year-old Louisiana man and a 31-year-old Van Wert woman were arrested Thursday morning in Celina after authorities reportedly located a substantial amount of drugs in their vehicle during a traffic stop, a news release from police chief Tom Wale states.
