* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Marjorie Fleck
Marjorie (Heuing) Fleck, age 83, of St. Sebastian, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born on August 14, 1942 in Sharpsburg to the late Ferdinand & Leona (Knapke) Heuing. On July 27, 1966 in Sharpsburg, she married Lester Fleck and he preceded her in death in January of 2004.
Margie is survived by her children, Rhonda & Robert(Tony) Wootton of Kettering, Lester & Mandy Fleck of St. Sebastian, Joan & Hart Fledderjohann of Troy, Kelly & Todd Pleiman of Oakwood, 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a sister in-law, Shirley Quinter of Wisconsin.
She was preceded by siblings and in-laws, Mary Ann & John Leopard, Alice & Robert Leopard, Dorothy & Carl Tobe, Edna & Gene Koester, Melvin & Kathleen Heuing, Ida & Jerome Boeckman, Norma & Myron Huber, Eugenia & Harold Borgerding, John & Lillian Fleck, Robert & Esther Fleck, Jean & Elmer Wynk, Elmer Quinter, Janice & Tom Rindler, and Earl Fleck.
She was a member of the St. Sebastian Catholic Church and the Ladies' Sodality. Margie was a lifetime farmer and dairy extraordinaire. She also spent time working at Niekamp Flea market and volunteering at Coldwater Community Hospital. Margie was an avid card player and enjoyed games with her Saturday night friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, August 17, 2026 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church in St. Sebastian. Burial will follow in St. Sebastian Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 PM to 5 PM on Sunday, August 16 and from 9 AM to 9:45 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
