Charles "Chuck" Roger Rhoads, 62, of St. Marys, died 6:10 a.m. Aug. 19 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.

Rites are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Friday at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St. in St. Marys. Pastor Chad Wilson will officiate the services.

Military funeral honors will be conducted at the funeral home following the services.

Visitation 12-4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
