The City of Celina will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Westview Park Restroom project. Bids will be received at the office of the City of Celina, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, OH, until 11:00 a.m. March 20, 2025, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 11:00 a.m. will be returned unopened.
Bids will be received on a lump sum basis as outlined in the bid documents.
The project involves the construction of a 750 square foot block restroom building with a metal roof, and includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other related items.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed in the provided envelope, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.
Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the State of Ohio prevailing wage rates, various insurance requirements, and various equal employment opportunity provisions.

Notice is hereby given that Mercer County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for herbicidal spraying of a 1 ONE YEAR CONTRACT for the herbicidal spraying of the provided list of Mercer County maintained open ditches under jurisdiction of the Mercer County Board of County Commissioners. Listed below are the specifications for said herbicidal application. Bids are to be submitted as a lump sum price of one application.

Specifications
The contractor is to be approved and licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and shall be responsible for all damages to adjacent crops or claims outside the limits of the ditch banks and easement area. The contractor is limited to the open ditch as a working area. The contractor is also responsible for any part of the right-of-way along the ditch that has been seeded and mulched. The contractor and surety shall save harmless The Board from all suits, actions, claims of any character brought on account of any injuries, or damages sustained by any person or property as a consequence of any neglect in safeguarding the work or through the use of unacceptable materials in the spraying of the Mercer County maintained open ditches, or on account of any act or omission by the contractor or his agents.
The herbicide to use shall be GARLON 3A. Any other material used shall be approved by the County Engineer prior to application.
A 95% kill of woody plants and broadleaf weeds is required or the contractor shall respray uncontrolled areas at his own costs until the 95% rate is obtained.
Payments shall be made within thirty (30) days after completing the spraying.
Completion date shall be May 30, 2025.
