The Mercer County Department of Job and Family Services has filed a Complaint regarding the child in the above-captioned case. The Motion requests that Temporary Custody of the child be granted to the Mercer County Department of Job and Family Services.
Tony Craig is to be personally present in the Mercer County Juvenile Court, Mercer County Courthouse, 101 North Main Street, Celina, OH, 45822 at 2:00 p.m. on April 21, 2025. Should he fail to appear at that time he may lose valuable rights with regard to the child. His attention is directed to the following notice.
