LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and The Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Alberto Cervantes, deceased, you will take notice that on the 6th day of September, 2022, Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas, 101 North Main Street, Room 301, Celina, OH 45822, being Case Number 22-CIV-031, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the principal sum of $12,455.20, plus interest in the amount of $1.079.46 through April 27, 2022, plus late fees of $88.27 and interest thereafter at 7.5% per annum, applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 209 Washington Street, Celina, OH 45822, being permanent parcel number 27-064700.0000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 13th day of January, 2023.
