Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Commission of the Village of St. Henry at 6:00 p.m. on March 31, 2025, at the St. Henry Council Chambers located at 121 W. Washington St., St. Henry, OH 45883 regarding a variance request to subdivide an approximately 5.2 acre parcel located in the southwest corner of the Village of St. Henry, Parcel No. 230062900000. Request is to grant access to the subdivided parcels via a 50' right of way off the end of Peach Street and approximately 50' of road frontage along Columbus Street. Section 150.215 of Zoning Ordinance 1092 requires a minimum lot width of 90' for each parcel.

Ordinance 1754 - An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of land acquisition notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $1,050,000.
