NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 13, at 10:30 a.m. in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio.
Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the county's and city's needs, the county is proposing to undertake the following Revolving Loan Fund activity:
The county intends to loan $150,000 to Hibner Properties, LLC to purchase the property, equipment, goodwill, and inventory at 204 W. Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio along with working capital. The new owners of The Mr. Shoppe will retain 6 FTE jobs of which 4 will benefit LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $850,000 with funds coming from: Revolving Loan Fund $150,000; Equity $90,000; first Private Lender $160,000 and second Private Lender $450,000.
This second public hearing is being held to give citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the county's proposed application, before the loan is approved.

PUBLIC notice MEETING CHANGE
The Marion Township Trustees will be changing their December 13, 2022, monthly meeting date to Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. at the Marion Township Building, Maria Stein, Ohio.
They will also be conducting their end of the year meeting date on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Marion Township Building Maria Stein, Ohio.
The Union Township Trustees (Mercer County) regular scheduled meeting for Thursday, November 24, 2022, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. at Mendon Union Firehouse. Any questions, call Fiscal Office Matt Grunden, 419-733-4791.
LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §303.58, an official public meeting will be held by the Board of Mercer County Commissioners to consider the adoption of resolutions to designate restricted areas for certain renewable energy generation facilities within the unincorporated areas of Mercer County, Ohio. These facilities are further defined in Chapter 4906 of the O.R.C. as economically-significant wind farms, large wind farms, and solar facilities.
Based on community feedback, the Board of Mercer County Commissioners has created a map to regulate large solar facilities and a second map to regulate large wind farms and economically-significant wind farms. Both maps designate all of the unincorporated areas in Mercer County as restricted. Maps are available at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners and public libraries within the county.
This public meeting is scheduled for December 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the first-floor conference room of the Central Services Building located at 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio. There is a direct-access door to this conference room on Sugar Street.
In the event the Board adopts resolution(s) designating restricted area prohibiting the construction of utility facilities, the effective date will be thirty days after the date of its adoption. A Petition for Referendum may be filed within this 30-day period.

The City of Celina will be having a Records Commission meeting on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. at the Administration Building in the Board Room.
The Trustees of Center Township will begin to hold their regular meetings at 7:00 P.M. on the second and last Monday of each month effective in November. Meetings will be held at the Center Township Hall.
