Notice Of Final Hearing On Drainage Improvement Petition
To All Owners of Land Affected by the Proposed Drainage Improvement:
A petition was filed for drainage improvements in the Woodview Single-County Ditch, located in the south half of Section 26, Marion Township, Mercer County. The nature of the work includes but is not limited to locating and installing subsurface tile and catch basins.
The Board of Mercer County Commissioners has set the final hearing on the authorization of the construction of the proposed drainage improvement for Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the first-floor conference room of the Central Services Building, 220 W. Livingston St., Celina.
You may comment on the proposed improvement in writing before or in person at the public hearing. Written comments shall be submitted to: Mercer County Commissioners' Office, 220 W. Livingston St. Room A201, Celina, OH 45822.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 21, at 10:00 a.m. in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio.
Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the county's and city's needs, the county is proposing to undertake the following Revolving Loan Fund activity:
1.) The county intends to loan the amount of $88,000 to Rush Basketball Academy LLC dba Rush Sports Complex to purchase equipment located at 6301 U.S. Rt. 127, Celina, Ohio. Rush Sports Complex will create 4 FTE jobs, of which 3 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $214,513 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $88,000; Equity $37,513; and Private Lender $89,000.
This second public hearing is being held to give citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the county's proposed application, before the loan is approved.
