NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio.

Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the county's needs, the county is proposing to undertake the following Revolving Loan Fund activity:

The county intends to loan the amount of $250,000 to Huber Holdings 5, LLC for the combined purchase of property and new equipment at 114 E. Forest St, Celina. Huber Holdings 5, LLC will retain 8 FTE jobs, of which 5 will benefit LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.

The total project cost will be approximately $2,520,000. Revolving Loan Funds of $250,000 will be used toward the purchase of equipment; Equity $45,000 and Private Lender has committed $2,225,000.

This second public hearing is being held to give citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the county's proposed application, before the loan is approved.
