CRA regulations require a Bank that has developed a CRA Strategic Plan to publish Notice of the plan and solicit formal written public comment for at least a 30-day period. In accordance with this requirement, Osgood Bank (the "Bank") hereby provides notice to the public of its plan to submit a three (3) year CRA Strategic Plan to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for approval.
Written comments from the public concerning the CRA Strategic Plan are encouraged. Notice is hereby given that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 30, at 3:00 p.m. in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio.
Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the county's and city's needs, the county is proposing to undertake the following Revolving Loan Fund activity:
The county intends to loan the amount of $48,000 to PSCC Properties, LLC to purchase the building located at 207 S. Main St., Celina, Ohio, to operate 3 Graces Boutique, LLC. 3 Graces Boutique, LLC will create 1 FTE jobs, of which will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $120,000 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $48,000; Equity $12,000; and Private Lender $60,000.
This second public hearing is being held to give citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the county's proposed application, before the loan is approved.

The Mercer County Commissioners are in receipt of amendments to the Mercer County Subdivision Regulations, Construction Standards & Drawings & Design Criteria as submitted by the Mercer County Regional Planning Commission.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VALUATION
Ohio Revised Code 5715.17 mandates to advertise the Board of Revision of Mercer County has completed its work of equalization, and valuations have been revised and completed for Tax Year 2021.
The new valuation is open for inspection October 15, 2021. Final hearing will be October 27, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. in the Auditor's Office on the first floor of the Mercer County Courthouse.
