Citizen Led Initiative
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 731.21, please publish the following as a "succinct summary" of a "Proposed Ordinance" to be submitted to the electors of the City of Celina, for their approval or rejection at the general election to be held on the 8th day of November, 2022, which proposed municipal ordinance was filed with the City of Celina Auditor on July 22, 2022.
In accordance with this section of law, in addition to publishing this "succinct summary," please also provide notice therein that: "The complete text of this proposed municipal ordinance may be obtained or viewed at the office of the clerk of the legislative authority of the municipal corporation located at 225 North Main Street, Celina, Ohio 45822 during regular business hours, and may also be viewed at any other location designated by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation."

I, Thomas R. Sanford, request that you publish notice of the proposed ordinance filed with you today as is required by law including, but not limited to, ORC 731.21, ORC 7.12 and/or Celina Code Chapter 123.
We further request that you publicly post this ordinance in a conspicuous place in the Celina City Building located at 225 N. Main Street so that the public may view it in its entirety.
We request that this published notice and the posting of the ordinance requested herein be done no later than July 25, 2022.

The Mercer County Ohio Board of Elections issues this Proclamation and Notice of Election.
A PRIMARY ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE SECOND DAY OF AUGUST 2022. (Being the first Tuesday after the first Monday) at the usual places of holding elections in each and every precinct in MERCER COUNTY, OHIO, for the purpose of electing party candidates for the following offices: State Central Committee, Man, State Central Committee, Woman, and nominating party candidates for State Representative.
The Polls for the Election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on said day.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the County of Mercer will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 26 at 10:30 a.m. in the Mercer County Commissioners Office, Central Service Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio.
Based on both citizen input and local officials' assessment of the county's and city's needs, the county is proposing to undertake the following Revolving Loan Fund activity:
1. The county intends to loan the amount of $25,000 to Vineyard at Evergreen Farm, Etc., LLC to purchase equipment for the winery at 4249 Siegrist-Jutte Rd., Coldwater. The Vineyard at Evergreen Farm will create 1 FTE job, of which will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $92,560 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of 25,000; Equity $22,560; and Private Lender $45,000.
1. The county intends to loan the amount of $31,159 to 3D Innovators, LLC to purchase equipment to expand business at 7973 Oldtown Rd., Celina. 3D Innovators, LLC will create 1.5 FTE jobs, of which 1 will be offered to or made available to LMI persons; which meets the National Objective.
The total project cost will be $74,319 with funds coming from Revolving Loan Fund of $31,159; Equity $12,000; and Private Lender $31,160.
This second public hearing is being held to give citizens an adequate opportunity to review and comment on the county's proposed applications, before the loans are approved.

Notice is hereby given that there is before the Board of County Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio, a petition in the matter to VACATE A PART OF LAKELAND BOULEVARD (JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP).
The following is the general route and termini of said road: Being that portion of a public street, Lakeland Boulevard, located in Lakeland Beach subdivision, also known as Lakeland Beach Allotment, as described in a plat in Plat Book 4, Page 95, now Plat Cabinet 2, Pages 228 and 229, in Section 4 of Township 6 South, Range 3 East, Jefferson Township, Mercer County, Ohio. More specifically that portion of Lakeland Boulevard located south of the south line of Cherry Drive extended west to intersect the east line of Lot 103, and north of that portion of Lakeland Boulevard previously vacated.
The Board of County Commissioners has fixed the 21st day of July, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. as the date to VIEW the proposed improvement. The Board will meet at the intersection of Cherry Drive and Lakeland Boulevard to go over the line of said proposed improvement.
The FINAL HEARING has been scheduled for the 2nd day of August, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Office of the Board of Commissioners located at 220 West Livingston Street, Celina, Ohio.
